This time, the spotlight shines on Chef Henry Alvarado, who embarked on a journey to Quito, where he immersed himself in the culinary wonders of the renowned ILLA EXPERIENCE HOTEL alongside Chef Juan Carlos Donoso. Their shared objective was to improve their culinary techniques and expand their repertoire of recipes and cooking methods.
Chef Juan Carlos extended an invitation to Chef Henry for 4-day course centered around the Andean cuisine. Intrigued and captivated by the experiences offered by the hotel, Chef Henry found himself inspired to explore ways to transfer this feeling and maximize the stay of the passengers. One notable idea was the following illustration to create memorable moments by offering passengers welcome cocktails infused with delightful local beverages.
On the final day, Chef Henry assumed the responsibility of presenting the culinary masterpieces created by both chefs. This included the exquisite innovative take on the renowned Ecuadorian classic "bolas de verde" and a delectable fish ceviche by Chef Juan Carlos Donoso's
